As the Technician in charge of audio in the theatre, the ship’s main entertainment venue, you will be mixing our West End style production shows on a nightly basis. You will get the chance to work with the latest audio technology equipment to support the delivery of the entertainment programme.

As the Stage Manager you are in charge of the stage in the theatre, the ship’s main entertainment venue, you will be directing the stage for our production shows on a nightly basis. You will get the chance to work with the latest entertainment technology equipment and manage the stage.

As a member of the Entertainment Stage team, you will be setting up equipment including stage set used for different production shows and assist with the running of the production shows in the main show lounge, you will be also working backstage at night, taking an active part in the production shows and the first point of contact. You will be assisting with the delivery of the production shows in the main show lounge as well as building and striking sets before and after the show.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Automation Technician will ensure S&MT stage machinery infrastructure is working and manage operations. Responsible for aerial flying equipment safety aspects and daily checks to deliver the system throughout the productions. As a member of the Entertainment Technical team, you will be setting up equipment including stage set used for different production shows and assist with the running of the production shows in the aft Carousel show lounge, you will be also working backstage at night, taking an active part in the production shows and the first point of contact.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Rigger will be responsible for the safe setup, use and maintenance of all rigging equipment used by cast and crew within the venue, inspections and troubleshooting of all venue automation and aerial equipment. As a member of the Entertainment Technical team, you will be setting up equipment including stage set used for different production shows and assist with the running of the production shows in the aft Carousel show lounge, you will be also working backstage at night, taking an active part in the production shows and the first point of contact.

Reporting to the Cruise Director Onboard & Operations Delivery Manager Shoreside (also Cruise Technical Manager Shoreside if related to technical), the Show Operations Director is responsible for the aft Carousel Lounge and its operations onboard the vessel. Overseeing all aspects of the production including lighting, video, sound, aerial apparatuses, and quality control of the performances in the space, the Show Operations Director will be responsible for calling the show each night, as well as managing a team of up to 7 technicians & 14 cast members including singers, dancers & aerial performers.

Working in conjunction with the Show Operations Director this role will be responsible for the setup and operation of all automation and rigging systems within the venue, inspection and troubleshooting of all venue automation equipment, as well as participating in all sets/strikes in the venue. The Technical Director will act as the head of rigging and be responsible for leading a team of 3 automation and rigging technicians, and operating the TAIT automation console during performances when required.

The Automation Operator is primarily responsible for the safe and effective execution of all show automation and rigging systems in lounges aboard the ship. Reporting to the Technical Director, this role will be responsible for the setup and operation of all automation and rigging systems within the venue, inspections and troubleshooting of all venue automation equipment, as well as participating in all sets/strikes in the venues.

The Technical Venue Manager is responsible for the ship’s lounge venue and its operations onboard the ship. This is inclusive of lighting, video, sound, aerial apparatus as well as quality control of the performances in the space. Will be responsible for run of show, as well as creation of show tracks and managing a team.

The Production Stage Manager is responsible for certain lounges and their operations onboard the ship. Overseeing all aspects of lighting, video, sound, aerial apparatuses, and quality control of the performances in the space, the Production Stage Manager will be responsible for calling the show each night, as well as managing a team of up to 6 technicians.

The Lighting & Video Technician is primarily responsible for the effective operation of all lighting and video related needs for a lounge and its operations onboard the ship. Reporting to the Technical Venue Manager, this role will be responsible for the programming of special events, run of performances, and general maintenance of the lighting & video rig. This role will be expected to gain a moderate level of proficiency in programming and running all servers for visual effect playback.

The Audio Technician is primarily responsible for the effective operation of all audio related needs for assigned venue(s) and operations. Reporting to the Production Stage Manager, this role will be responsible for mixing and operating special events, performances, and general maintenance of the audio systems. In conjunction with Production Stage Manager, responsible for the safe setup, use, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment used by cast and crew within the venue, as well as participating in all set ups/strikes. Will act as the crew for the venue as necessary, and will be responsible for rehearsals, special events, running show tracks, including Deck, Sound, and Lighting as needed.
